Wayne Gardner Young is a self made millionaire boasting businesses in property, hospitality and leisure across the central belt. He ownsVictoria’s Nightclub inGlasgow– and has plans to invest £1.5 million on a major refurbishment in the New Year – and has just secured planning permission to build a £6 million five-storey, 70-bedroom hotel next to the nightclub.
Wayne, 42, who lives in West Lothian, also owns Buchanan Arms Hotel, located in Drymen, and Kaim Park Hotel in Bathgate.
He has also just been awarded planning permission for theUK’s first ever eco-park, which will be built inWest Lothian. It represents a £22m investment intoScotland’s tourism sector.
