Ewan MacLeod – Managing Director – The Scottish Rock ‘n’ Roll Hall of Fame
Ewan is 38 and lives and works in Glasgow.
For the past 21 years he has worked in the music industry. He started life as a talent scout for Phonogram Records in London, then moved back to Glasgow to present STVs Chart Bite Music programme.
He went on to become the music correspondent for The Sunday Mail and presented several other TV and radio shows. His next role was as press officer for DF Concerts whilst setting up the Beat 106 Radio Station which sold to Capital Radio for £34 million. Ewan was also the label manager for Scotlands independent record label and publishing company, Influx music.
He is passionate about his current project - The Scottish Rock’n’Roll Hall of Fame museum – which he has been working on for two years and is planning to open in 2012.
